Warranty Bazaar Warranty Shield is a unique service plan that provides you with exciting offers and benefits along with complimentary extended warranty insurance for your valued appliance.

As a Warranty Bazaar Warranty Shield member, you will receive a welcome email at your registered email id. The welcome email will contain details about all aspects of your membership, including terms & conditions and the redemption codes for benefits that are part of your membership.

In case your registered vehicle (car of bike) suffers a breakdown, you can call WARRANTY BAZAAR’s Roadside Assistance helpline number 022 – 6787 2095, 24 x 7 for assistance. We will be happy to assist you with services such as flat-tyre support, battery jumpstart, vehicle towing etc.

The redemption codes received by you are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase of Warranty Shield membership. Please use them as soon as you receive the pack.

You can buy WARRANTY BAZAAR Warranty Shield within 180 days from the date of purchase of your appliance.

Only if the product is manufactured in India or is legally imported in India & sold through Official Channels supported by an invoice & Manufacturer’s Warranty / Guarantee.

Product should have minimum of one year manufacturer’s warranty.

It should not be more than 180 days of its purchase date during the time of activating Warranty Shield Plan.

Manufacturer’s warranty is usually offered for a period of 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase. However, some parts of the appliance may carry Manufacturer’s Warranty of greater than 1 year. The Manufacturer’s Warranty term is mentioned on the warranty card provided with the product.

You can avail the features of the extended warranty insurance once the term of the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

The invoice value of your product should be the price of product before any applicable discount or offers (like exchange offers etc.). You should buy an Warranty Shield plan corresponding to this value. e.g. If you paid Rs. 25,000 for a Television that costs Rs. 22,000 after a discount of Rs. 3000. You should buy the Warranty Shield plan for Washing Machines costing Rs. 25,000 and not Rs. 22,000.

Accidental and Liquid damage are not covered as per the terms of Warranty Shield plan.

If the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, you can call Bajaj Allianz toll-free helpline number 1800-209-1021 and register your claim.

At the time of making a claim related to the extended warranty insurance, the following documents are required:

• Identity Proof

• Duly filled Claim Form

•Purchase invoice

You may be asked to submit any further documents as required by the insurer.

The eventual admission or denial of the claim under Extended Warranty would be at the discretion of underwriter as per the terms and conditions of Group Extended Warranty Policy and Aegean Infotech shall not be liable.

Your WARRANTY BAZAAR Warranty Shield membership cannot be transferred

You are covered under a Group Personal Accident Death Only policy of National Insurance taken by Warranty Bazaar. You are covered for a Sum Insured of Rupees 1 lac for period of 1 year starting from the date of purchase of Warranty Shield membership.
