What if I don’t receive the Welcome email?
In case you don’t receive the welcome email, you can contact WARRANTY BAZAAR’s helpline number 987 016 8606 (Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 6.30pm) and place a request for regeneration of the welcome email.
What documents need to be submitted for making a claim?
At the time of making a claim related to the extended warranty insurance, the following documents are required:
- Identity Proof
- Duly filled Claim Form
- Purchase invoice
- You may be asked to submit any further documents as required by the insurer.
- The eventual admission or denial of the claim under Extended Warranty would be at the discretion of underwriter as per the terms and conditions of Group Extended Warranty Policy and Aegean Infotech shall not be liable.
The appliance details mentioned in my welcome email are incorrect. What should I do?
In case there is any error in the details mentioned in your welcome email, simply call WARRANTY BAZAAR’s helpline number 987 016 8606 (Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 6.30pm) and place a request. You may be required to submit documents to effect the change in your membership details.
